Refund policy
At SocksFusion, we want you to love your socks as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in their original condition and packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for worn or used socks unless the item is faulty or damaged.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@socksfusion.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges & Order Changes
If you would like to change the size or model of your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at contact@socksfusion.co.uk.
We may be able to update your order before it has been processed and dispatched.
Unfortunately, once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to make changes, cancellations, or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
